Yoga + Meditation

  • Suitable for Beginners.

    Our 60 minute Slow Flow classes are an opportunity to practice Vinyasa at a steadier pace. Slow Flow is restorative and rejuvenating but also offer opportunities for students to deepen their practice.

    A great introduction to Vinyasa Flow and the perfect place to start if you’re new to yoga.

    For beginners we generally recommend attending 4-5 Slow Flow classes prior to attending Vinyasa Flow.

  • Our 60 minute Vinyasa Flow classes combine dynamic movement with the breath for a continuous and flowing yoga practice.

    Vinyasa Flow typically cultivates strength and flexibility in the body whilst incorporating pranayama (breath) techniques to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system .

    Our classes are suitable for yogis of all levels (even beginners!), but are a faster pace style than our other yoga classes.

  • A 45 minute strong Vinyasa Flow class. Express Vinyasa is a combination of continuous movement and the breath.

    The perfect yoga class for when you’re short on time and looking to maximise your Asana practice on the mat.

  • Yin Yoga focuses on deep tissue release and restoration within the muscles.

    Our 60 minute Yin classes consist of a series of long-held and often prop supported floor poses to open the hips, pelvis, shoulders and spine.

    Yin is a beautiful and nourishing way to relax the mind and body and embrace stillness. Suitable for all levels.

    Yoga Nidra is a guided, relaxation meditation and one of the deepest of all yogic states. The intention of yoga Nidra is to enter a state of conscious sleep where we cultivate and experience a great sense of calmness and peace.

    Yoga Nidra has been used to relieve anxiety, depression and sleep disorders. Expect a deeply restorative and relaxing experience.

  • These special classes enable Mamas in all stages of pregnancy and postpartum to practice yoga in a safe and supported environment. Our pre/postnatal classes are guided by experienced and highly qualified prenatal yoga teachers. These classes combine breath work and gentle movement to facilitate connection to the mind, body and baby.

    All of our memberships and passes enable you to participate in prenatal classes.

    Previous yoga experience is preferred and please seek advice from your medical professional prior to attending. If you are postpartum, please only attend once you have had your 6 week check up and the OKAY from your medical professional.

  • Our 60 minute Beginners Flow classes explore the foundations of yoga including yogi breath techniques and movement. Each week, different yoga poses and terminology is crafted into an accessible and enjoyable yoga class.

    Expect gentle movement, stretching and a safe space to ask questions about the practice of yoga.

Barre + Mat Pilates

  • Movement & Stability.

    Our Pilates Flow classes are a dynamic mat based practice, using pilates hand weights and props to increase stability and strengthen the core, glutes and upper body.

    We combine traditional and contemporary Pilates principles to create a fun and challenging all body workout. Suitable for all levels of experience.

  • Strengthen & Progress.

    Our Pilates Strength classes are a dynamic- strength based mat class for those ready to challenge and progress their Pilates practice.

    These classes use Pilates props (2kg hand weights and resistance bands) to help strengthen muscle groups and build endurance. Expect a fun and challenging workout!

    Previous pilates experience is require for our Pilates Strength classes.

  • Flow & Lengthen.

    Our signature 45 minute Barre Flow classes are a dynamic fusion of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga using our ballet barre and pilates props.

    Expect a fun all-body workout designed to build strength, tone and flexibility in the body.

    Barre (pronounced ‘Bar’) Flow classes are suitable for all levels of experience.

  • Sculpt & Sweat.

    Our 45 minute Barre Cardio classes are a dynamic fusion of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga, sprinkled with cardio to increase the heart rate and release endorphins.

    Cardio components are optional and low impact options are always offered.

    Expect a fun all-body workout to progress and challenge your Barre practice!

    Barre (pronounced ‘Bar’) Cardio classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
