    Our Pilates Strength classes are a dynamic- strength based mat class for those ready to challenge and progress their Pilates practice.

    These classes use Pilates props (weights and resistance bands) to help fatigue muscle groups and build endurance. Expect a fun and challenging workout! Suitable for all levels of experience.
